Salmon prides itself on our reputation for service and support. This reputation comes, in part as a result of adequate support staffing levels and prompt attention to each incoming call. We offer two service plans for service and support, these being Silver and Gold. Our Silver support plan provides service and support during our business hours. Whilst our Gold service plan provides 24 hour support.
