Having registering a domain name, and having a professionally built web site is a must in today's Internet dominated society. However, having these tools at your disposal can be very limiting if you do use other e-marketing tools and techniques to compliment your web site.

With businesses utilising the power of the Internet more and more every day, it makes perfect sense to use it to its full potential. Employing the services of an E-zine is a perfect way to stay in contact with your entire client base at a relatively low cost.

What is an E-zine?

An E-zine is an electronic newsletter, or magazine, it can be used to alert your client base of new activities within your business or used as a simple monthly newsletter. Very similar in essence to an e-mail, the major difference being that instead of being merely text based, an E-zine is more like a web page, it can be branded more heavily in your companies image, such as logo's and such. Also instead of relying on text to explain or show a new feature or service you may have, an e-zine allows you to actually show that feature or service. All-in-all a much more powerful form of media. With an e-zine being more of a graphical based media people are much more likely not to delete it straight away, but actually read it, as it is more inviting to browse through.

Here at Salmon we utilise the power of e-zines extensively and have seen a massive increase in response, both in terms of new business and new inquires to our services.
